Saturday Morning Meetings - Mini Training Kits
If you want to take it even further you can use our Mini-Training Kits in your meetings -- whether
they’re on Saturday or any other day!
 

Our Mini-Training Kits include:

  • Quick-Look reference sheets for the guys (a couple pages of info on a specific vehicle)
  • A Meeting-Leader’s Guide for you with some on-the-spot questions and discussion points (with all the answers, of course)
  • A 10-question quiz based on the material
These kits have proven to be very popular with our stores who use them regularly. In about 10 minutes you have a ready-made product refresher and a chance to clarify any questions, not to mention some great team building and inspiration before they get out on the floor for the day.


Accountability/Training Reports

Any time you want, you can log on and check the training status for any or all of your guys. But you don’t have to. We can also e-mail you a simple weekly status report that shows you how your staff is doing in their Carology training process.

But it’s up to you to make it important to your guys. Holding them accountable is what makes Carology work and gets you get the most out of your training dollars.


Incentives/Awards

Our most successful dealers, who’ve seen the biggest results with Carology, have used some kind of accountability or incentive system in their store. It makes it fun for your people, let’s them know training a priority to you, and keeps you and your managers aware and involved.

Here are a few ideas from the field…

  • A little recognition goes a long way! Post or announce test scores. Reward those who do well with anything from a round of applause to a free lunch.
  • Make your guys publicly accountable for the information. Nobody wants to be the one at the bottom of the list.
  • We all know sales consultants are a competitive breed. Have some fun with it! Whether it’s the first guy to complete any given Carology class, or the top score in the quizzes, everyone wants to be “the winner.”
  • When people are having fun, they’re learning! Can you make a game out if it in your store? How about competitions between your managers' teams? Spiffs for the most trainings completed each month? A “Most Improved” prize?

We all need supplements, so be sure to take your Carology vitamins! Here are a few upgrades that Carology offers to take your training program to the next level:
  • Kick-off meeting in your store with our trainers in person
