Where does the class content come from?
Every manufacturer provides an incredible amount of training resources. Great websites and source books and training videos… that never get used. Sales Consultants tell us it’s too complicated, too time consuming, too confusing, and just too much.
Carology is not about replacing the manufacturer’s training. We supplement it. In fact we want to make sure their content is getting delivered and incorporated into the sales process. We start with the manufacturer’s product information, so you know it’s accurate, unbiased, and current. We then streamline it, put what’s really important into real-world, practical terms and deliver it in trainings that are never more than 30 minutes.
How up-to-date are your classes?
We all know how much work it is to keep up with the constantly changing products in our business! With that in mind all Carology classes are created to have as long a “shelf life” as possible. That’s why we have specific technology classes for safety, hybrids, performance, etc. The basics of ABS brakes, hybrid batteries or VVT-i tend to stay current. When it comes to specific model information, all of that is delivered in text formats that are easily and periodically updated.
